For SMEs

One system for everything
a growing business runs on.

Sales, stock, invoices, payroll, and production should agree with each other — not live in five spreadsheets. TOSS ERP gives small and mid-size companies a full cloud workspace with the modules famous ERPs ship, without enterprise complexity on day one.

Accounting that follows the work

Invoices, bills, payments, bank

Customer invoices and vendor bills post to the ledger. Payments reconcile. Trial balance, P&L, and aged reports read the same books your ops team already updated.

Sales and purchase in one flow

Quotes → orders → delivery → invoice

A confirmed sale reserves stock. A delivery relieves it. An invoice posts itself. Purchase orders and receipts mirror the same pattern on the buy side.

Inventory and warehouse

Stock that matches the floor

Items, locations, transfers, lots, and valuation stay tied to the ledger. Add WMS layout when you need bins and putaway — not before.

Manufacturing when you make things

BOM, orders, labour, variance

Bills of materials, manufacturing orders, material issue, finished goods, and production variance — so a batch carries what it actually cost.

HR and payroll

People beside the books

Employees, attendance, leave, and payroll in the same workspace as finance — fewer exports, fewer mismatches at month end.

Projects and field work

Tasks, stages, time

Project boards, task stages, and field-service timers for teams that deliver work outside a single warehouse.

How a small company runs on one workspace

A workspace is one company on its own database. You choose a subdomain at signup and open accounting, sales, purchase, inventory, manufacturing, point of sale, HR, and projects from the same home. A quotation can become a sales order, a delivery can relieve stock, and a customer invoice can post to the ledger without retyping the lines into a second system.

Purchase follows the same path in the other direction. A request for quotation can become a purchase order, a goods receipt updates on-hand quantity, and a vendor bill posts against that order. Bank and cash payments reconcile to the open invoice or bill, so the aged receivable and payable reports read the same documents the team already created.

Manufacturing orders explode a bill of materials, issue components, and receive finished goods. Work-centre time can be absorbed into the batch, so the finished-goods value can include both material and labour. Stock valuation, the stock ledger, and the general ledger use those posted amounts. An internal transfer moves quantity between locations and does not post a value entry.

Common questions

Does every plan include a free trial?

Yes. Every published plan starts with a 30-day free trial. The monthly price on the card is what applies after the trial, when the plan has a monthly price.

Which plans have no implementation cost?

No implementation cost on Starter and Basic. Other plans show their own implementation summary on the pricing card.

Do I need a separate inventory or accounting package?

No. Sales, purchase, inventory, manufacturing, point of sale, and accounting are modules of the same workspace. A stock move that changes value posts a journal entry in that workspace.

Can I add modules after signup?

Yes. You pick modules when you create the workspace, and more can be enabled later. Each company keeps its own database.
