The part most tools skip
Your accountant will find the numbers, not a black box
Most small-business systems track how many you made. This one tracks what it cost — and posts it, so the shop floor and the ledger cannot drift apart.

Rates you can defend
A machine's hourly rate is its kW at your tariff, plus what one worker-hour costs, times the crew that step needs. Not a number somebody guessed once.
Absorbed, not merged
Labour charged onto product sits in its own account, apart from the wages payroll actually paid. The gap between them is your under or over absorption — visible, instead of buried.
Short closes go somewhere
End a batch below plan and the cost with nothing to show for it is written off to variance — with the reason attached — rather than quietly inflating an asset.
And it runs backwards
Made the wrong thing? Unbuild returns the components at the cost they were issued at, reverses the absorption, and leaves the correction on the record.

How does the free trial work?
You get a dedicated workspace with your own subdomain and database. Choose the modules you need at signup — no credit card required. Every plan runs on a 30-day trial. If it lapses without a payment, you get a 5-day grace window with an in-app reminder before access is paused — nothing is deleted, and it reactivates the moment payment is recorded. After the trial, billing continues on the plan you chose at signup, or talk to sales about Customized or SAP integration if you need a different footprint.
Which modules can I enable?
Accounting, partners, HR, WMS, inventory, gate pass, project management, sales, purchase, MRP, and merchandising. WMS automatically includes inventory. You pick modules at signup; we can add more later from the control plane.
What are your pricing plans?
An entry plan with master-data caps, Standard for all modules on shared cloud hosting, Customized for unlimited data with source code delivery and an on-premise option, and SAP integration when you run SAP Business One. Every subscription starts with a 30-day trial — see the pricing section above for current rates.
What apps are included in TOSS ERP?
Accounting, partners, sales, purchase, inventory, HR, WMS, gate pass, project management, MRP, merchandising, help desk, CCTV monitor, and SAP integration with SAP reports. You enable apps at signup; WMS includes inventory.
Do you support FBR or regional tax?
The accounting app includes chart templates, tax setup, and optional FBR/PRAL configuration for Pakistan, plus ZATCA hooks for KSA when you need them. Core ERP apps work in any region; compliance packs are configured per tenant.
Do you integrate with SAP Business One?
Yes — on the SAP integration plan (or a Customized deployment) we enable SAP Service Layer sync (items, purchase, sales, and related flows). Tell us in the form if you need SAP; we provision it per tenant.
Where is my company data stored?
Each company gets an isolated PostgreSQL database (portal_tenant_<slug>). The marketing site uses a separate control database for tenant registry only — your ERP data never mixes with other customers.
How long does setup take?
Self-service signup takes a few minutes: pick subdomain, modules, and admin password. For SAP, data migration, or on-site training, our team typically schedules onboarding within 2–5 business days after your inquiry.
What support do you offer?
Every tenant can open support tickets from their workspace. Standard, Customized, and SAP integration plans include priority onboarding. Use the contact form to describe your needs — we assign a specialist for billing, technical, or SAP questions.
