How does the free trial work?
You get a dedicated school workspace with your own subdomain and database. The trial enables School, HR, Accounting, and Partners — no warehouse or SAP modules, and no credit card. Every plan runs on a 30-day trial. If it lapses without a payment, you get a 5-day grace window with an in-app reminder before access is paused — nothing is deleted, and it reactivates the moment payment is recorded.
Which modules can I enable?
School management — admissions, students, campuses, attendance, exams, and fees — plus staff HR, fee accounting, and fundraising campaigns. Warehouse, manufacturing, and SAP stay off the school trial; talk to us if you later need the full business suite.
What are your pricing plans?
The same published plans as the rest of TOSS ERP: an entry plan with master-data caps, Standard on shared cloud hosting, and Customized when you need source code or on-premise. Every subscription starts with a 30-day trial — see the pricing section above for current rates.
How do fees and admissions work?
An enrollment updates the class roster, and a fee payment updates the ledger — they are not two spreadsheets. Fee vouchers, waivers, and parent-portal payments use the same accounting module as the rest of the workspace.
Where is our school data stored?
Each school group gets its own PostgreSQL database. Student records never mix with another school's, and the marketing site only holds the tenant registry.
How long does setup take?
Self-service signup takes a few minutes: school name, subdomain, and admin password. Campuses, grades, and fee structures are configured after you sign in. For data migration or on-site training, we typically schedule onboarding within 2–5 business days after your inquiry.
What support do you offer?
Every workspace can open support tickets. Founding-customer signups work directly with the team building the school module. Use the contact form and we will assign someone for billing, onboarding, or a product question.
