For retail & shops

A till that agrees
with stock and the books.

Most POS tools stop at the receipt. TOSS POS opens a cash session, sells with barcode or search, prints or sends ESC/POS, handles returns — and posts invoices and stock moves into the same workspace as inventory and accounting.

Shops and cash sessions

Open, sell, close

Configure shops, open a session with a float, take payment, and close with counted vs expected cash — a clear trail for every shift.

Fast register selling

Barcode, search, lots

Scan or search products, pick lots or serials when items are tracked, and take payment without leaving the register screen.

Receipts and returns

Print and refund

Printable receipts, plain-text / ESC/POS for USB or network printers, and refunds that reverse stock and cash correctly.

POS products are your inventory items. Paid tickets create real invoices and stock moves — month-end is not a CSV merge.

What happens when a ticket is paid

A shop has a cash session with an opening float. The register finds a product by name or barcode, adds lines, and takes payment. Paying posts a customer invoice and an outgoing stock move in the same workspace. Expected cash in the session is the opening float plus cash-like payments, minus cash refunds.

A return looks up the original ticket. You can return up to the quantity still remaining. The refund posts an incoming stock move and a customer credit note, and the cash leg credits the shop journal rather than a vendor payable. The original ticket stays paid. A receipt page is available for the browser, and a shop can send raw ESC/POS to a USB or network printer when that mode is set on the shop.

Items that track lots or serials ask for a lot on the line. Serial items sell one at a time. If the company has already configured e-invoicing, the shop can submit that e-invoice after pay. The till does not keep a second set of books: the invoice and the stock move are the same records accounting and inventory already use.

Point of sale uses the same published plans as the rest of the product. Every plan starts with a 30-day free trial, and Starter and Basic have no implementation cost. Questions? Chat with us on WhatsApp.

Common questions

Does the till post to accounting?

Yes. Pay posts a customer invoice and reconciles the payment. A refund posts a credit note. Stock moves with the ticket.

Can I print a receipt?

Yes. Each paid ticket has a receipt page. Shops can also send ESC/POS bytes to a USB printer or a network printer on port 9100 when the shop is set to that mode.

What about barcode items and returns?

Search accepts a barcode. A return cannot exceed the quantity left on the original ticket after earlier refunds.

Is there a free trial?

Yes. Every plan includes a 30-day free trial. Starter and Basic have no implementation cost.
